A TESTER : check for existing not ended and not expired recurring payment : warn user and block new payment if exists

fix payment occurence to take into account first payment, set back payzen config and cotiz limitation to prod mode

relax recurring payment filtering condition in PayementStatusExtension and try to show success flash msg on payement done

remove token even if it's recurring payement to try to block duplicates and we actually don't use tokens to handle recurring paiement notifications... + add log to check when onPostExecute is called

refactor PaymentStatusExtension and connect new controller handling recurring notifications to payment processing logic

remove confusing notifyAction controller in PaymentController as notification is handled by Payum already + comment
