Keep ‘qa-top-users-item’ class, use wrapper class for each page type.

Set to Unix line endings in repo; the gitattributes file means they
will be converted to suit the user’s system.

Also create generic qa_db_selectspec_count function for modifying a
selectspec with COUNT(*).

And normalize some line endings
