Store phrases in one variable, return as soon as possible. This results in extra includes in some circumstances but overall it's still faster.

This fix checks for the question url . If it does not match with the
current URL then redirect to the correct one

Prevent long handle stretching user menu (adds ellipsis).
Remove handle when avatar is present, but keep handle when no avatar.

After posting a comment to a question the comment anchor is wrong . This
commit fixes this issue with the correct anchor
